RETURN POLICY

The following outlines the eligibility for clothing and shoe returns:

Clothing must have original tags attached and not be worn,

altered, or washed. Shoes must be unworn and returned in

their original box.

 

Refunds: To receive a refund in the original form of payment

items must be postmarked and in possession of the mailing service or us OR returned in-store

within 7 days of receipt.

 

Store credit and Exchanges: To receive credit in the form of

a gift card or to initiate an exchange, items must be

postmarked and in possession of the mailing service OR returned in-store within 14 days of

receipt. A gift card will be sent to your email.

 

Gifts: If you are purchasing a gift, and are not sure the

recipient will like it, we encourage you to choose a gift card.

We do not make exceptions to the return policy for gifts.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

A return label must be printed through the return portal

(located in the "returns and refunds policy tab at the

bottom of the website). You will be charged based on the

weight of the item. The return portal provides discounted

shipping rates.
